WHY SPEAK AT DATATUNE

• ~500 attendees from ~200 companies in one room — not another vendor keynote hall.
• A vendor-neutral, practitioner-reviewed stage. Sponsorship dollars don't buy a slot.
• Friday workshops are paid: up to 40 seats at $200/seat, more than $25,000 paid out to workshop leaders in 2026.
• Free Saturday admission for every accepted speaker — and for Friday workshop leaders too.
• Ongoing visibility: you're listed on the site and socials, and kept on our permanent speaker archive.

TWO WAYS TO SPEAK

Saturday

Breakout Sessions

45-minute sessions in front of the full Saturday crowd.

Unpaid, but every accepted speaker gets free Saturday admission.

Friday

Hands-On Workshops

Half- or full-day, up to 40 seats. Must be a genuinely hands-on format — attendees building something, not just watching slides.

Paid per seat: up to 40 seats at $200/attendee, plus free Saturday admission for workshop leaders.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• No recordings. DataTune is in-person only, on purpose — it keeps the room focused on the people in it and lets you go deep without worrying about a permanent public recording.
• No travel support or swag this year. That's a deliberate choice, not a gap — our budget goes into the venue, production, and paying our Friday workshop leaders.
• Friday evening social is open to everyone. It's not a speaker-only perk — all attendees are welcome.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

First-time speakers are explicitly welcome — most of the DataTune program each year is people speaking for the first time. If you've solved a real problem with data, that's a talk.
